1.檢查空氣壓縮機的壓力調節器。確認壓力表的壓力指示器是否在標準額定范圍內。
Check the pressure regulator of air compressor. Confirm whether the pressure indicator of the pressure gauge is within the standard rated range.
2.過濾檢查。啟動裝卸機械手之前，請排干過濾器。
Filtration check. Drain the filter before starting the loading and unloading manipulator.
3.氣缸檢查。在啟動機器之前，應先排空氣缸。
Cylinder inspection. Drain the cylinder before starting the machine.
4.檢查氣動離合器制動器。手動檢查離合器制動器的電磁閥是否正常排氣。
Check the pneumatic clutch brake. Manually check whether the solenoid valve of clutch brake exhausts normally.
為了保證自動化包裝設備能夠良好的運行，可根據設備的運行周期進行月度的定期維修，包括檢查平衡缸，檢查平衡缸的潤滑和運轉是否正常，定期擦拭沖壓機械手的鏡面，以免影響光束的正常收發。
