                在瓷磚分揀自動化包裝生產線上,機器人配合工業視覺和各類型的末端執行器,可自動識別、定位輸送帶上快速移動的各種工件,實現機器人高速、精準的動態跟隨輸送帶連續分揀作業。

              分揀自動化包裝生產線
                瓷磚從高溫窯爐產線輸出,產線寬度約為2.5m寬,輸出的瓷磚表面溫度為90℃左右。后續按先后順序呈階梯狀分流為4條支線。每條支線安排兩臺機器人,每臺機器人按A/B兩區輪流進行瓷磚的分揀與堆垛,以確保連續工作。

                機器人在瓷磚分揀包裝自動化生產線的上位系統采用三菱高性能觸摸屏與PLC控制器。控制中間層的4套KEBA機器人控制系統以及機器人外圍包裝輔助系統。下層機器人系統采用“一拖二”經濟實用型控制方式,即:一套KEBA系統(含一個工業機器視覺系統)同時控制兩套Delta機器人系統的高速、高精度工作。伺服網絡采用高速的EtherCAT網絡。
