沖壓自動化生產線包含以下部分:沖壓機器人、電控系統、拆垛裝置、過渡皮帶、板料清洗機、板料涂油機、板料對中臺、沖壓機器人端拾器、線尾碼垛系統及安全防護系統,以下簡要介紹各部分內容:

1、沖壓機器人
沖壓機器人除了要求負載大、運行軌跡及性能穩定可靠等搬運機器人所共有的特性,還要滿足頻繁起/制動、作業范圍大、工件尺寸及回轉面積大等特點。各個廠家的沖壓機器人都在普通搬運機器人的基礎上加大了電動機功率及減速機規格,加長了手臂,并廣泛采用棚架式安裝結構。

2、電控系統

沖壓自動化生產線電控系統需要集成壓力機、沖壓機械手、拆垛機、清洗機、涂油機、對中臺、雙料檢測裝置、視覺識別系統、各種皮帶、同步控制系統、安全防護系統及大屏幕顯示,并具有無縫集成進工廠MES系統的能力,為了把如此多的智能控制系統有效集成,一般采用以太網與工業現場總線二級網絡系統,其中現場總線系統可能同時搭載安全總線。

3、拆垛裝置
目前常見的拆垛系統有三種,分別是專用拆垛機/機器人+拆垛小車/桁架式機械手+拆垛小車。

4、過渡皮帶
可伸縮皮帶機用于拆垛完成后單張板料的傳輸,它可以為板料提供穿過清洗機所需的移動速度。皮帶機的速度一般為變頻控制,以保證與后續清洗機、涂油機的同步。皮帶長度可調整,以填補不進行板料清洗、清洗機離線時的空間。

5、板料清洗機
可伸縮皮帶機用于拆垛完成后單張板料的傳輸,它可以為板料提供穿過清洗機所需的移動速度。皮帶機的速度一般為變頻控制,以保證與后續清洗機、涂油機的同步。皮帶長度可調整,以填補不進行板料清洗、清洗機離線時的空間。

6、板料涂油機
涂油機主要用于板材拉延前的涂油工序,由噴槍單元、供油及油液保溫單元、噴射供氣單元、板料輸送單元、油霧收集單元、電氣控制單元及機身等組成。涂油機具有行走機構,在不需要涂油時可以移動離線。噴嘴采用數字化控制,保證板料上油膜位置的準確和油膜厚度的均勻。不管環境溫度如何變化,供油及油液保溫單元均處于等待噴射狀態,油液溫度恒定,保證噴射效果。
The oiler is mainly used in the oiling process before plate drawing. It is composed of spray gun unit, oil supply and oil insulation unit, spray air supply unit, plate conveying unit, oil mist collection unit, electrical control unit and body. The oiler has a walking mechanism, which can be moved off-line when no oiling is needed. The nozzle adopts digital control to ensure the accuracy of oil film position and the uniformity of oil film thickness. No matter how the ambient temperature changes, the oil supply and oil insulation unit are in the state of waiting for injection, and the oil temperature is constant to ensure the injection effect.
7、板料對中臺
為了保證板料被準確地放置在模具內,在機器人拾取板料前需要對板料進行對中。常用的對中臺有重力對中臺、機械對中臺及光學對中臺三種。

8、七軸與端拾器機器人
標準六軸機器人用于沖壓生產能夠達到8件/min的生產節拍,為了進一步提高生產率,近年來機器人制造廠家與系統集成商紛紛研發附加七軸。采用七軸后,沖壓自動化生產線的生產節拍可以進一步提高到12件/min,使得機器人自動化沖壓線的生產率能夠與昂貴的專用機械手高速線一較高下。

9、碼垛系統
沖壓自動化產線的生產節拍能夠超過10件/min,這時線尾碼垛工位的負荷就超過勞動極限,為了適應這種高節奏的產出,需要先對沖壓件成品進行分流,然后由人工或機器人將其碼入料架,最后由鏟車將料架運走。
When the production rhythm of stamping automation production line can exceed 10 pieces / min, the load of palletizing station at the end of the line will exceed the labor limit.
