一：吸合環節
1： Pull in link
開箱機工作的第一個步驟便是吸合環節，當用戶將制作好的扁平紙箱放入料斗之后，開箱機會利用自己的吸盤將料斗中的紙箱吸住，當吸合住的同時會有一個向后拉的力，這個力的作用就是將扁平的紙箱吸開成紙箱的步驟。

二：折底

當開箱機第一步工作完成之后，紙箱已經基本成型，需要進行的是折合下底的工作，這個步驟與折蓋封箱機的折蓋原理類似，設備會將紙箱下底的兩個短邊先進行折合，折合長邊，這樣整個折底的工作就全部結束了。

相對于前兩步工作，開箱機封底這個工作就顯得很簡單了，它的原理與標準型封箱機的原理相同，由封箱皮帶驅動帶動紙箱向前行進，在行進的過程中，設備將紙箱的下底用封箱膠帶封合好，輸送到下一工作區域。
