自動化分揀設備是自動化生產流水線裝置中比較重要的機械設備，根據分揀物品的形態及特點不同，會配置不同結構的裝置，適用于各個行業中的生產物流或物流配送中心，是對物品進行自動分類的主要設備。

常見的自動分揀設備的主要包括移載式自動化分揀機、斜輪分揀機、擺臂式分揀機、滑塊分揀機、翻板分揀機、交叉帶分揀等。

1、移載式自動化分揀機Transfer automatic sorter
移載式分揀機一般用于兩條不同方向輸送線上物品的過渡，通過控制升降來接入或送出某一條輸送線上的物品，同時送出或接入另一條輸送線上，從而實現改變物品的輸送方向。通常以90度角過渡，以輥筒、皮帶、鏈條等形式出現，所以也被用于對紙箱、周轉箱等貨物調整長短邊的作用。

The articles on one conveyor line are connected or sent out by controlling the lifting, and the articles on the other conveyor line are sent out or connected at the same time, so as to change the conveying direction of articles. It usually transits at a 90 degree angle in the form of rollers, belts, chains, etc., so it is also used to adjust the long and short sides of cartons, turnover boxes and other goods.
2、斜輪分揀機Inclined wheel sorter
斜輪分揀機運行時依據管理系統下發的指令及信息識別，轉向控制器改變輸送滾輪的運行方向，可實現物品左、右兩側分揀，將物品移送至分流的輸送機上。可以分揀重貨，但擺輪時間空隙大，容易卡貨，不適合分揀軟包、編織袋。

3、擺臂式分揀機Swing arm sorter
被分揀的物品放置在鋼帶式或鏈板式輸送機上，當到達分揀口時，搖臂轉動，物品沿搖臂桿斜面滑到指定的目的地，能連續、大批量地分揀貨物。
The sorted articles are placed on the steel belt conveyor or chain plate conveyor. When they arrive at the sorting port, the rocker arm rotates, and the articles slide along the inclined plane of the rocker arm rod to the specified destination, which can sort goods continuously and in large quantities.
4、滑塊式分揀機Slider sorter
滑塊式分揀機由鏈板式輸送機和具有獨特形狀的滑塊在鏈板間左右滑動進行商品分揀的推塊等組成。設備可以多臺交叉重疊起來使用，以滿足單一滑塊式分揀機無法達到能力要求的目的。
The slider sorter is composed of a chain plate conveyor and a sliding block with unique shape sliding left and right between the chain plates for commodity sorting. The equipment can be used with multiple cross overlaps to meet the purpose that a single slider sorter cannot meet the capacity requirements.
5、翻板式分揀機 Flap sorter
翻板分揀機是用途較為廣泛的板式傳送分揀設備。當貨物進入分揀機時，光電傳感器檢測其尺寸，并將信息輸入計算機中。當貨物到達指定格口時,符合貨物尺寸的翻板即受控傾翻。每次有幾塊翻板翻轉，取決于貨物的長短，而且當貨物翻落時，翻板也順序翻轉，使貨物順利地進入滑道,這樣就能夠充分地利用分揀機的長度，提高分揀效率。
Flap sorter is a kind of plate conveying and sorting equipment which is widely used. When the goods enter the sorter, the photoelectric sensor detects its size and inputs the information into the computer. When the goods arrive at the specified grid, the flap conforming to the size of the goods is controlled tipping. Several turnover plates turn over each time, depending on the length of the goods, and when the goods turn over, the turnover plates turn over in sequence to make the goods enter the slide smoothly, so as to make full use of the length of the sorter and improve the sorting efficiency.
6、交叉帶分揀機 Cross belt sorter
交叉帶分揀機由主驅動帶式輸送機和載有小型皮帶輸送機的“小車”聯接組成，當“小車”移動到所規定的分揀位置時，轉動皮帶，完成把商品分揀送出的任務。因為主驅動帶式輸送機與“小車”上的帶式輸送機呈交叉狀，故稱交叉帶分揀機。交叉帶分揀機的優點是噪音低、可分揀貨物的范圍廣，分揀出口多，可左右兩側分揀。
The cross belt sorter is composed of a main drive belt conveyor and a "trolley" carrying a small belt conveyor. When the "trolley" moves to the specified sorting position, the belt is rotated to complete the task of sorting and sending goods. Because the main drive belt conveyor and the belt conveyor on the "trolley" are in a cross shape, it is called cross belt sorter. The advantages of cross belt sorter are low noise, wide range of goods that can be sorted, many sorting outlets, and sorting on the left and right sides.
