首先，要檢查自動化流水線設備的所有電源、氣源、液壓源。比如供電出現問題、電源功率低、保險燒毀、電源插頭接觸不良等；氣泵或液壓泵未開啟、液壓系統中的泄荷閥或某些壓力閥未開啟等。
