設備運作過程大致分為：

1、上料處分為兩條傳送帶，一條包裝箱上料傳送帶，瓶裝產品上料傳送帶，兩條線路同步運行，在自動裝箱點匯合。

2、包裝箱在匯合點停留，產品由傳輸帶傳送放置進包裝箱內，再傳輸至中程自動放置產品隔板，在傳輸至自動包裝設備處。

3、自動包裝設備可完成包裝箱的折疊封蓋，并進行封口包裝。

4、包裝完成的產品傳輸至自動碼垛設備，由機械臂自動抓取碼垛。
