檢測要求：根據產品的外形及尺寸、內孔與加載到系統中產品的標準外形圖進行匹配，匹配成功分數最高的則與客戶打印機對接通訊，軟件系統根據識別產品的編號，發送給打印機打印編號標簽，檢測產品尺寸：30mmx30mm~250mmx250mm，此系統通過視覺識別產品與加載產品黑白特征圖中編號一一對應，防止混料。
