一般機器視覺系統印刷檢測成像質量有很高的要求，若要使視覺系統能夠正確地進行判斷與決策，必須做到以下5點要求：

關于機器視覺缺陷方面的檢測首先采集圖像，采集的方式有離線和在線兩種方式，離線即事先拍攝好儲存在文件夾中的圖像，而在線采集就是連接相機進行實時采集圖像。然后添加定位工具，對需要定位的模型進行訓練，訓練瓶蓋作為定位模型，進行圖案定位。之后再添加對比度工具，選擇檢測區域，設置上下限區間，對比度在區間內則OK，否則NG。
