                ①判斷焊接機器人靈活性的重要指標是自由度數。一般而言,在機器人工作空間中可以到達3個自由度,但是焊接不僅必須到達空間中的某個位置,而且還必須確保焊槍的空間姿勢。因此,電弧焊和切割機器人至少需要5個自由度,點焊機器人至少需要6個自由度。
