                采用超高精度3D激光輪廓儀,輕松完成方形鋰電池鋁殼外觀缺陷檢測。3D激光輪廓儀的z軸精度最高可達0.3μm,x軸測量寬度8mm~500mm,x軸精度1μm~20μm,掃描速度最高可達到52000輪廓/秒,具備超寬視野,針對各種缺陷實現超高速精準測量。
